How does it cost to have you to recover the amount due to us?

Ans: We work on a no-collection no-fee policy, so we only get paid commission when we recover.

How long will your debt collection process take?

Ans: It varies depending on the quality of debt. Factors such as the age of the account/debt and the type of debt being collected must be taken into consideration, along with the circumstances of the transaction. Because we know timely results are important to you, we guarantee an update on your claim within 30 days.

So what is the typical debt collection process?

Ans: Once we receive your account or when cases are referred to us and the proper documents to validate the claim, we will then immediately start working on the accounts through both administrative and legal means to recover your debt. NB: I have deleted all those details since it will reveal your trade secret.

We have an older debt, what is the statute of limitation?

Ans: The limitation Act says the limitation period for simple contract debt is six (6) years. It becomes ‘‘statute barred’’ meaning it cannot be recovered through legal action.

Do I need to provide documentations?

Ans: Yes, you must be able to validate the debt before we can begin the collection process. Validation documents is largely dependent on the respective sector one may find him or herself which may include, but not limited to, contractual agreement between you and the debtor. A bill or invoices for the exchange of goods or services, waybills, customers statement etc.
